You may wonder how IHDRF carry our projects as well as logistically how we execute our projects. None of our aid for Iraq would be possible without the help of Misbah AL Hussein Charity.
Misbah Al Hussein Charity was established based on humanitarian principles and principles of the noble Islamic Sharia.
The main focus is on rebuilding the social structure of Iraq. Since the defeat of ISIS, many feel an urgent need to build a new Iraq and to help the Iraqi people in creating a conscious and healthy society. A society built on moral and justice that confront the deviant intellectual attacks that tormented the various Iraqi people.
Misbah al Hussein took from the symbol of Karbala Imam Al-Hussein and chose for it to be a lamp that eradicate the darkness left by the terrorists on Iraq and its sons following the example of Hussein as a symbol of unity and humanity.
Considering Misbah al Hussein has a strong presence in Iraq as a charity and has licences and logistics to perform charity work, IHDRF had teamed up with them to help deliver aid to the people of Karbala. This partnership has made our projects more reliable, integral and consistent. We at IHDRF are responsible to transfer your charity to those in need and we have full confidence Misbah al Hussein will carry out our projects to full effect.

The Misbah al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development, affiliated with the Karbala Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, has launched the project of “Orphan Protection Charter for Strategic Planning for the Eradication of Iraq’s Orphan Poverty”.
Foundation president and supervisor of project, Sheikh Mustafa al-Muhammadi, said that the project started by registering and documenting the names and information of orphans in Iraq, through filling special forms on the Foundation’s website, stressing that the project aims to establish a committee concerned with orphan care and removing the injustice from them.
He added, the Foundation has started registering the names of orphans in Karbala in cooperation with the province, and soon expand this work to the rest of the provinces.
“The project includes many programs in order to find work opportunities for orphans, including employment and the provision of food for them as well as establishing educational training courses in various professions and crafts.”
This project comes following the directives of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Husseini al-Shirazi for the need to protect and support the orphans.
